Listing my event on www.ts.com

When you add your events your ts Express kiosk, it is now (Oct-07) listed at www.ts.com automatically after a short wait unless flagged as "private". More information here.

If we are being too slow for you, then fill in the contact form here and let us know!

Exclamation Error on my event listing in main menu

Our DJ just pointed out to me that there are two errors in the event listings page for our event. In the description text it should say "Everyone 19+ welcome!" Instead it says "Everyone 19 welcome!" I checked my write up and it says 19+, but on the listings page there is no "+." Please add the + because our event is for everyone who is 19 and over, not only for people who are 19.
The second error is that the date for our event in the listings section says July 12, it is actually July 11th. I checked again my ticket write up, and it indeed says that the party starts on July 11 at 20:00 and ends on July 12 at 01:00. Please fix this! It should be July 11!!!
Thank you!

Error on my event listing in main menu

The + character will not show on the event listing on the ts.com site due to encoding rules and gets stripped out by the system with the rest of the message remaining the same.
Our development team are currently working on a fix for this, which will be implemented once the testing has been completed, but for the moment we would recommend that express customers use the word "plus" to avoid this happening to their event listing or re-word the description.

The problem with the dates is due to the different time zones, (on the actual event kiosk itself, the correct date is shown).
This issue is also being dealt with by our development team and once again will be implemented once the testing on the fix has been completed and will auto-correct any other listings which are suffering the same issue without the account users having to make the changes themselves.

A new version of the portal has now been released. This means that any problems with the time zones, should no longer occur when you try to change the date or time of any events.
