Will print at home tickets be affected?

Any tickets purchased after 7th April will not be affected by this update. Only print-at-home tickets purchased before 7th April for events happening after 30th June will need to be re-issued. We will resend the email confirmation to these ticket purchasers with a new link to their updated print-at-home tickets.

What happens to the old Kiosk links?

If your customers click through to your old kiosk (from an old advert or a book-marked link) after 30th June 2009, they will see a redirect page asking them to refer to your website for the correct link.
